Have any Animal Companions?: Yes, today is our 7 year anniversary of adopting our Cat, Mocha. She has lived through cancer, kidney desisease, thyroid issues, diabetes, and some other horrible stuff. She was in rough shape when we adopted her. She probably won't be around much longer as she can hardly walk, but we are doing our best to make her comfortable in her last days.
Greatest Pet Peeve: too many to list
Hobbies: I used to play in bands in the 90s (grindcore, sludge, some post-punk, noise/experiemental) but now days don't do much besides travel and work, and I don't even travel much any more.

The version I make has potatoes, preserved lemons, and harissa folded up with a raw egg and then pan fried so it cooks the egg just enough.
I honestly should have said burritos because I have an affinity for them but for some reason I was only thinking of food that I can make and my burritos are so sub-par compared to the ones I enjoy that I refuse to try again (it's probably because I don't secretly use lard when I cook for myself, but I'm scared to investigate).
