I have become a 70 year old and now find myself rewatching shows over and over rather than delving into anything new. Especially during quarantine. I've managed to watch a few new things, but more often than not I end up watching The Office (American) or The Sopranos again.
Do you have a comfort show? Maybe your comfort show can become my new comfort show.

I just finished season 5 of Shitt's Creek. Loved it. I wasn't totally into it when it first started but it totally grew on me.
Bob's Burgers is awesome too

Battlestar Galactica, engrossed everytime i rewatch it. I need to rewatch this. The first 2 seasons were amazing, it went down hill a bit when they were stuck on that one planet for a long time and I never finished but I have always meant to go back and watch the whole thing.

i know it's copaganda and that ain't great but Brooklyn 99 has been my go-to Show When I Need A Show To Hug Me for like 5 years now.
other than that, any scifi ever that's not trying consciously to be Grim gets my vote

I too have also been rewatching Seinfeld for the first time in an age and slowly getting through Schiit's Creek. I can't even fathom watching much else other than comfort TV at the moment tbh good escapism

oh! Venture Bros. Have you watched it? It's great. Kind of a spoof of Johnny Quest, but it's really good.
