Several of these have just been crushing this year, and I make sure I have their social media coming in first on my feeds for pre-sales:
I, Voidhanger - nearly everything they release is great. Debemur Morti - nearly all black metal and all quality. 20 Buck Spin - huge roster and and a lot of great bands - ditto Gilead while I am here. The Flenser - best dudes run it. Just getting familiar with their roster because I am old and a meathead. Holy Roar - My favorite UK label. Best shoegazed/slow core roster. Holy Fawn EP will easily be my EP of the year. Prosthetic - just pre-ordered Undeath and Exist. Relapse/Season of Mist - Similar, big rosters. Primitive Man is my most anticipated release the rest of the year. Translation Loss - Hard to top Wake, Aseitas, and Svalbard as three badass releases from one label in a year.

I own pretty much everything that Dry Cough has ever put out, and have been buying a shitload of records through Feast Of Tentacles and At War With False Noise for like a decade or so.
I'll usually listen to anything on La Vida Es Un Mus (check out Rat Cage, Sial and Subdued for their best recent releases), and have been super-into bands on Suicide Squeeze in the past couple years (new records from LA Witch and Death Valley Girls soon, super stoked)
I've also bought a bunch of records that all turned out to be on Dais (SRSQ, Drab Majesty, HIDE)

Ditto to Voidhanger, Flenser, 20 Buck Spin. I also like Sargent House, Profound Lore, Southern Lord, Neurot Records, Dark Descent off top of my head. Probably a bunch more.

aye most of these mentioned but Im gonna throw down rat mix records for some good grind and tankcrimes for the PWYW options on some seriously good shit. Stolen body records is pretty damn good for psych.

In addition to lots of those already mentioned, I'll throw in recommendations for two more:
Hypnotic Dirge Records is a small Canadian label that produces a lot of high quality death and black metal, usually on the progressive or weird end of the spectrum. Everything is PWYW and profits all get reinvested in the label. I'd recommend recent releases from Wills Dissolve and The Haunting Green.
Ripple Music specializes in 70s style hard rock and stoner/doom albums. They release a LOT of albums and honestly there's quite a bit of forgettable throwaway stuff in there, but there are some real gems as well. Either of the recent albums from High Priestess are great, and I also enjoyed Salem's Bend, Witcher's Creed and Ritual King (who remind me of a less psychedelic Elder, if that's your style).

ya'll have mentioned some real good ones so far, and ones i've never heard. i'm excited to check these labels out.
I'd like to mention Tridroid Records. Small label, putting out some great releases. Lovely People putting out delightful music.
I'd second Gilead and Debemur Morti, Holy Roar and 20 Buck Spin.
